THE SCHOOL

The Scuola Leonardo da Vinci is situated in the heart of the Old City of Florence in a 19th century patrician-style building, only a few steps away from the Cathedral. From here you can reach the most famous squares and sights in a few minutes' walk. The beautiful class rooms with ceiling murals are equipped with the latest technology and make it the perfect place to study. THE CITY

Surrounded by the olive groves and vineyards of Chianti, Siena lies on three hills in the middle of Tuscany. It is a city right out of a picture with medieval houses and small streets, leading up to the dazzling Cathedral or down to the wonderful Piazza del Campo. The population loves its city, every year they celebrate in Siena - one of the earliest Italian city states - the traditional horse race called the Palio.

The Scuola Leonardo da Vinci is located three minutes' walk from Piazza del Campo in the historical centre of Siena. Students have at the disposal resources which include a wide range of books, videos, cassettes and magazines. A large and sunny terrace can be enjoyed after class or during breaks and a coffee, hot chocolate and tea machine is available for the Leonardo da Vinci students.
